Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Andouille Sausage
  • 1 box Zatarain's New Orleans Style Jambalaya Mix (Original)
  • ½ lb. Shrimp (optional)
  • ½ lb. Scallops (optional)
Instructions
  1. Dice Andouille Sausage.
  2. Prepare Jambalaya Rice Mix per instructions and add the diced Andouille Sausage.
  3. Cook as directed.
  4. Optional: Add shrimp & scallops during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
