Nello demonstrates how to make Artisan Sausage and Charcuterie for the American Culinary Federation
On January 12, 2015, Nello Loiacono, owner of Nello’s Specialty Meats, hosted a demonstration for the Greater Lehigh Valley American Culinary Federation about Making Artisan Sausage and Charcuterie. The group featured talented chefs and trainees from the Lehigh Valley, along with John DeMito and Nicole Landis from Indian Ridge Provisions. We were honored to host the event for the Greater Lehigh Valley American Culinary Federation and enjoyed meeting and spending time with everybody.
